1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent to use this website and place orders.
2. Products & Orders
All items sold are handcrafted miniatures made to order. Images are for reference only. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, and availability without notice.
Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email upon order submission. This is not acceptance. Your order will be reviewed and confirmed within 24 hours. Acceptance occurs when we send a shipping confirmation email.
EU Cooling-Off Period
For non-custom products, EU consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), provided the product is unused and returned in original condition.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in USD and payable via secure methods such as PayPal or credit card. By ordering, you agree to the listed price and terms.

Shipping Method
Tracking provided. Delivery takes 5–15 business days depending on location. We are not liable for customs, weather, or carrier delays.
5. Returns & Refunds
Custom Products are non-returnable and non-refundable under applicable consumer law exemptions (e.g. EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
Please confirm all customization details before purchasing.
Non-Custom Products may be returned within 15 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective.
Exceptions:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at mtncraftmicro@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll review and offer a replacement or refund.

You agree not to use this site for unlawful activity, spam, or actions that harm system integrity.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
EU Consumer Rights:
EU consumers retain legal protections under Directive 2011/83/EU.
Commercial Transactions:
We recommend England or Singapore for international B2B arbitration alignment.
Dispute Resolution:
Disputes unresolved by negotiation within 30 days shall be submitted to the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
Arbitration Enforcement:
Must comply with the New York Convention.
EU cases may consider Paris or Stockholm as arbitration seats.
Note: EU consumers may still litigate in their home country.
