📦 Return & Replacement Policy

Custom Products

  1. Handmade & No Ready Stock
    All of our products are handmade to order. We do not maintain any ready-to-ship inventory.
  2. Custom-Made Disclaimer
    Each item is custom-made, and minor imperfections may occur as a natural part of the handcrafted process. These are not considered defects.
  3. No Returns or Exchanges
    As these are personalized and made-to-order products, we regret that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or minor variations.
  4. Broken Parts & Replacements
    If your order arrives with damaged or broken parts, we will gladly send you replacement parts free of charge.

 

  • Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe (7 calendar days of delivery) and provide clear photos of the issue.
  • When returning the broken parts (if requested by our team), you must package them in protective materials (e.g., bubble wrap, foam padding) to prevent further damage during transit. Failure to do so may result in delays to your replacement request.

Non-Custom Products

  1. Returns Accepted
    If you purchased a non-custom product, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving the item.
